Put Robo on your website, one step at a time. Choose the guide for what you want to add.
For web designers and Robo operatorsWhat are we adding?
The visitor talks to Robo on your website. The operator prepares the assistant in a separate panel called the console.
A chat window: the widget
A button in the corner opens a conversation over the page. This is the basic installation.
A question field on the page
Visitors type a question or choose a ready-made one. The widget opens with that question.
The operator's console
This is where you turn Robo on, allow the website and copy the installation code.
No console access? Follow these steps
You can install everything with access to the website's editor. The Robo operator sends you the code.
Send the website address
Tell the operator the final address and any preview addresses you will use. They authorize these websites in Robo.
Receive the complete code
Ask for the complete Widget HTML code and confirmation that the website is allowed. You do not need a Robo login or an API key.
Install the widget
Paste the code in the website's shared footer and publish. Start by checking that the chat button opens.
Follow the widget guideAdd a question field, if you want one
Use the next guide for the text field and suggested questions. They connect to the widget you just installed.
See the field exampleCheck and hand back the website
Check desktop and mobile. Send the published page to the operator so they can confirm the installation in the console.
